OMG FAMILY HOLIDAY THIS WEEKEND

I'M GOING ON HOLIDAY WITH MY FAMILY THIS WEEKEND THEY'RE GONNA MAKE ME EAT SO MUCH AND I WON'T EVEN BE ABLE TO UPDATE MY BLOG



Sorry for the outburst but thanks to the advice of my 'Eating Disorder Nurse' I'm basically going to be fed crap all weekend. I'm pretty sure she isn't even qualified as an ED nurse because her suggestion to get me back to a 'healthy diet' was to give me a chocolate bar as a snack every day, WTF! And she said I'm 'dangerously close' to hospitalisation then contradicted that by saying I'd have to be a BMI of 15 or under, so I'd have to lose 10lbs and not water weight at all for them to even start considering it. Even then I wouldn't be the top priority to ED clinics compared to people with BMI's of 12. So basically I'll be stuck in a crap holiday house in the middle of nowhere with my entire family trying to make me eat. I'm gonna have to cheat like crazy, this is gonna be hard. I don't even know what I've got for dinner which is stressing me out, had 78 from 1/2 cup bran flakes and 50ml semi skimmed milk and will have a sugar free jelly (6) and some negative cal foods at lunch. Today's calorie plan


It's 7:15am here so I've only just had breakfast, but here is my plan for the day:
1/2 cup bran flakes (54)
50ml semi skimmed milk (24)
Sugar free jelly (6)
1/2 grilled chicken breast (120)
Some negative calorie foods
I will also do 100 squats (100), 100 situps (100) and 1.5 hours walking (285) which will make my total -181. Hope you enjoyed today's thinspo. Stay strong!

EDIT: as part of my 'recovery plan' my mom made me have a peach yoghurt, 108 calories. Which makes my total -73.

today's calories and report on doctor's appointment


Today I went to my 3rd CAMHS appointment (child and adolescent mental health services) and was diagnosed with Ana (or anorexia as is the medical term). I have to eat 3 meals a day with balanced nutrients, plus yoghurt and a cereal/chocolate bar. But I'm obviously not going to eat chocolate and will carry on with Ana until I am happy with my body. I am in control of Ana and know I will stop when I am pleased with my weight. 

Anyway, today I ate:
30g bran flakes with 125ml semi skimmed milk (166)
3 rice cakes (87)
Graze snack box (81)
2 fish fingers (115)
Some negative-calorie foods

And I did 30 minutes of walking and burned 95, so my total is 354. I will also do 2 hours of pacing my room (380), 100 situps (100) and 100 squats (100) so my total will be -226. Hope you enjoyed today's thinspo. Stay strong!

Today's calories

Hi! Today I have done 30 minutes walking and plan to pace my room from 9pm till midnight tonight and do 100 situps and 100 squats. It is 7:25pm here in England. Today I have eaten:
1/2 cup bran flakes (54)
50ml semi-skimmed milk (24)
Sugar free jelly (6)
Low sugar juice drink (14)
4 mini sugar free toffees (20)
1/2 can tuna (75)
1/2 skinless baked potato (60)
1 tablespoon Pizza Express light house dressing (30)
Coconut low fat yoghurt (111)
Total: 394

1/2 portion chicken and rice noodle stir fry (140)
Low fat yoghurt (108)
2 rice cakes (66)
Some fruits and vegetables (they are negative calories)
Total: 417

My first post!


This is my first post on my new site :) I will try to update this blog daily but I'm quite busy and have nosy parents so might not manage. I will also post daily thinspiration pic. Today my plan is:
1/2 cup bran flakes (54)

Have eaten that except the stir fry, will have it in about an hour's time. I will do a weigh-in first thing tomorrow morning to getan accurate result, will post the results ASAP. Staystrong!
