Today's calorie plan


It's 7:15am here so I've only just had breakfast, but here is my plan for the day:
1/2 cup bran flakes (54)
50ml semi skimmed milk (24)
Sugar free jelly (6)
1/2 grilled chicken breast (120)
Some negative calorie foods
I will also do 100 squats (100), 100 situps (100) and 1.5 hours walking (285) which will make my total -181. Hope you enjoyed today's thinspo. Stay strong!

EDIT: as part of my 'recovery plan' my mom made me have a peach yoghurt, 108 calories. Which makes my total -73.
