If you choose recovery I wish you luck, if it gets tough here are some quotes and advice you may find helpful:
- Remember, everyone is beautiful in their own way and it's who you are inside that matters
- Don't hesitate to talk to a trusted friend or family member if you need support
- The doctors and your family will make you do things you don't want to (such as eating normally) but it's because they care
- Be your own person, don't be defined by the number on the scale
- If you feel alone remember there are many people you can turn to - parents, friends, teachers, doctors, recovery websites, helplines etc
